High quality chloroprene rubber, polyester or aramid cords, and cotton fabrics used in the production process ensure proper resistance of the V-belts to high temperature and oils.

The cord is impregnated and rubberized with a special rubber compound, which gives a homogeneous bond of the cord with the core and the rubber cover plate. The rubberized fabric wrap gives the belt resistance to abrasion, high flexibility and fatigue strength. The V-belts are continuously tested by static and dynamic control equipment. The operation and continuous improvement of the Quality Assurance System at our factory guarantees that the products are fully traceable and repeatable.
